I've been to a lot of gyms across India, and honestly the same two problems kept showing up. Owners losing members because nobody caught the renewal in time, and losing new leads because they just didn't have the hours in the day to call everyone back before they lost interest. Most of the gym owners I met aren't tech people. They're busy running a gym, not learning software, so that shouldn't be the requirement. That's why CRM-VEDA is built to just work from day one. Renewals, attendance, staff, all of it running quietly in the background. The thing I'm most proud of is the AI agent we built. It calls every single lead itself, in their own language, tells them about real offers, and actually closes the deal without a person needing to pick up the phone.

Her experience includes managing digital presence and content for MeraCompliance, developing WordPress websites for projects such as Wellthifyi and MysteriousBox, and working with Pind to Plate, where she handled branding, social media, content planning, and design. She has also been part of the founding team at Skillom, contributing to content development and strategy. At CRM-VEDA, Mahek focuses on building a stronger brand presence through thoughtful content, creative communication, and digital marketing. She enjoys bringing together creativity, strategy, and storytelling to make brands more relatable and engaging.
