Yes - you can upgrade from Basic to Starter, Pro, or any other plan at any time as your gym grows. Your existing member data carries over automatically, with no re-setup required.

You can purchase additional member-slot add-ons instead of upgrading your whole plan, or upgrade to a higher tier - whichever works out cheaper for your gym.

Yes, GST-compliant invoicing and UPI payment collection are included on every paid plan, from Basic upward.

Credits are allocated per subscription term. Additional credit packs can be purchased separately at any time if you need more before your renewal - available on every plan, including Basic.

No. There is no setup fee on any plan. Onboarding and data migration support is included.
