1. About This Page
This page explains how to request deletion of your FitVeda by CRM-VEDA account - the mobile app used by gym owners, staff, trainers, and members. It applies to the FitVeda Android app specifically, in addition to the account-deletion rights already described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Who Can Request Deletion
Account deletion can be requested by:
- Gym Owners / Administrators - the primary account for a business on CRM-VEDA - Staff Members - Trainers - Gym Members
Each of these is a separate account type. A deletion request from a staff member, trainer, or member only affects that individual's own account - it does not delete the gym's business account, other members' data, or any other user's account.
3. How to Request Account Deletion
Email us: Send a request to support@crmveda.in with your registered mobile number or email address, which gym/business you're associated with, and your role (gym owner, staff, trainer, or member). Our team will verify your identity and process the request.
Or contact your gym directly: If you're a member, staff, or trainer, you can also ask your gym's admin to request this on your behalf - they can reach us through their CRM-VEDA account.
We do not collect your password or any OTP through this page. Please do not include your password in your email.
4. Verification and Process
Before taking any action, our team verifies that the request actually comes from the account holder (or an authorized gym admin, where applicable). This is done manually, not automatically.
For a request to delete a gym owner's primary business account, we first confirm with the business owner before proceeding, since that account holds shared data belonging to the whole gym - its staff, trainers, and members - not just one person.
We will confirm once your request has been received, and again once it has been processed.
5. What Happens to Your Data
We process deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Some information - such as billing, invoice, and transaction records - may be retained for as long as required by applicable legal, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations, even after an account is deleted.
